Mongolian Beauty - HD Faces and Morphs Problem

Hi

I have a problem, I suddenly cant find all the morphs, I did have access to all the morphs earlier, but after and update or, honestly I do not know what happened, now I can not find any of the morphs except for face 1 to 16 and some smile morphs, all the little individual morphs I can not find anywhere, I have tried to install and unstall many times.

    If you downloaded the recent update from DIM, DAZ has just updated the morph grouping. According to the readme, the morphs may now be found at

    You can find the morphs on the Shaping tab (Expressions on the Posing tab).

    All morphs are in 'HD morphs' folder in the respective face part group.

    The face presets are in the 'Actor/Head/People/Real World/Mongolian Beauty Presets' group.

    Also, if you search in the Parameters tab for "mb", all the morphs (I think) appear, along with a bunch of other stuff. They can be identified separately because they're pale green. It's better to search in Parameters instead of the Shaping tab because otherwise, you won't see the Expressions as well.

    I still cant find them :(

    I have no idea what is going on, cant find the dials anywhere.

    I tried searching for MB only shows face 1 - 16 and some expressions.

    I think you're right; it looks like when they regrouped them, several of them went missing. The files are present, but the morphs can't be seen in G2F herself. I can't find the brow, cheeks or chin morphs anywhere, for example. And the group that they're supposed to be in doesn't exist anywhere that I can find.

    You should file a support ticket request on this. I've filed one for this myself, but it would be good for anyone else experiencing that issue to file the ticket so that they know it's not an isolated event.

    Search the data folder of the product and see what morphs are actually there. If they are not, the product could be using some default morphs as reference. EG just presets.

    It looks as if the group name has lost its quotes in the the bad files, at least the ones I checked. That is fixable in a text editor, but I have reported it to QA so with luck there will be a fix from DAZ.

    The related issue for that, however, is that even if they had the quotes in the files, they're not where the readme says they'll be. Supposedly, they're all getting shifted into a group called "HD Morphs" under their specific body parts. And when you look inside the DSFs, there is absolutely no sign of an HD Morphs group anywhere.

    There was also a raft of other updates to various morph packages on the same day for the same reason; I wonder if some of them might have similar issues.

    I really like this product, very versatile, really adds immense possibilities to create many, many shapes and make the character look just like I would like her to look.. Extremely happy with this purchase otherwise, I just hope it will work again soon :)

    hmmm...what kind of update was it? Product update?
    If you could get morphs sooner but couldn't after some update, it is sure that update made something wrong, but I didn't updated this product. So I guess it was a DAZ update.
    Originally I grouped all morphs into 'HD morphs' intor related face part groups - maybe they renamed it?

    Yes, just downloaded - they renamed the groups to Real World/Mongolian Beauty.
    maybe HD morphs was too general or misleading, but I didn't use the 'Mongolian Beauty' group name originally, because it is too long so hard to see in Tabs, but never mind. They lost quotes so I hope DAZ will fix it, thanks to both of you for heads up and the support ticket.

    Certainly the readme page indicates that the update was to change the parameter grouping.

    Mongolian Beauty has been updated and is available in DIM. All of the previously missing morphs are now where it looks like they should be. The readme still hasn't been updated to indicate that the "HD Morphs" group isn't there any more, but other than that, I don't think there are any issues.
