Make me itsy bitsy does have some baby food, but it would usually require utensils. There are some messy food props for the rebellious baby included however, for those that refuse to use a spoon. https://www.daz3d.com/make-me-itsy-bitsy-baby-props-and-shaders

Any kind of bitty greeble or little/reduced scale primitive plus a dirt/sand shader might work. An appropriately fat-shaped Torus primitive, for instance, plus a sand-y shader could make an American "Cheerios" kind of product.

Not that kids should eat dirt, but those little finger things are grainy kinds of little bits. Should work for distance, anyway. Close-up views? You may want to play with horizontal/vertical tiling on the shaders, but sharper corners on any greeble/primitive might be the larger concern for "realism".

    Search for crackers and cookies.

At Christmas, 17 Dec 2019, there was a wonderful freebie, Cherry-Blossom Sweets, that has a cookie/biscuit that could be a teething biscuit. Check your runtime for it.

I just checked my Props/Food and found a number cookies/biscuits in the Everyday series by maclean which are great. First check your runtime, then look in his store. Excellent products. Everyday Snacks has both crackers and cookies that are very much like what I gave my son when he was a toddler.

Edit to add: Also check under Props/Kitchenware. I am not sure why food is under kitchenware or kitchenware is under food, but they are. Or under Props/Furnishings/Decor.
