Will someone please explain to me just what "Loyalty Thank You" means? The orange banner offered 20% Off, announcing Daz Studio 5, but when I tried to use the coupon, I received the error message, 'Coupon code is not valid.' Was this a hoax???

    No, just any leading or trailing spaces (though removing any spaces might be an idea with coupon codes, just in case (don't think I've ever seen any with spaces in them))...
