Fatal Error and Crashing when trying to launch

Hi,

I’m pretty new still to Daz.  I’ve just downloaded the new DazCentral and installed Daz Studio.  But when I try to launch Daz Studio, an error message appears “Daz Studio has encountered a fatal error and must close”.

Exception Reason

DAZStudio.exe caused ACCESS_VIOLATION in module "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\igdrcl64.dll" at 0033:000000005CD7D0B6, clGetCLObjectInfoINTEL()+308982 byte(s)

I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall but there is no difference. 

Has anyone come across this before and do you know how to resolve it.

    That is the Intel GPU driver for your system. Do you in fact have an Intel GPU (on the CPU)? Do you laso have a full GPU (AMD or nVidia) and if so which is Daz Studio set to use?

    This sounds a lot like the problem I'm having. With me, Daz never opened enough to set it to CPU or GPU.
