G8M Eyes in 3DL

Hi, I am having trouble rendering G8M in 3DL. The eyes are black, please see attached picture. I don't have any other characters or textures for G8M, but the default wont render. I have compared the 4 eye textures in the surfaces tab with G8F and they are nearly the same. The only difference is Irises, Pupils and Sclera have diffuse colour as 177,170, 156 where as G8F default material is 255, 255, 255. I have changed G8M to be the same, no change. I have loaded in G7M eye material, no change. If someone could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

Try increasing the Max Ray Trace Depth in Render Settings by one or two.
Thank you Richard, I tried that, no change. I then tried the Iray material, please see attachment. The eyes are acceptable but the skin is too shiny. I then loaded the 3DL material, made a material preset that excluded the Cornea, Irises, Pupils and Sclera. I loaded the Iray material, then my material preset, checked the correct type of material was associated to the correct surface group. Did a new check render. result is second attachment
Is this a technical issue that a docket needs to be raised for? This is Daz Studio 4.15. Standard G8M with supplied 3DL material with 3DL render engine selected. It should render, no tweaks, no hassle, no nothing. just render as expected. I have spent hours of my valuable time on this when I shouldn't need to and the only reason I did is I bought a beard product. I wont be wasting any more money on G8M products.
Yes, it's probably worth a ticket.
