Is it just me or do new Scenes in DS 4.7 come with invisible Spotlight?

So i start new Scenes and the character is lighten from the front, but backside is dark black. it's as if there was a Spotlight from the front.
This is not very nice. Is there a way to not have it like this. Sometimes we're just making characters and not really gonna create a movie or picture yet. We're just setting up characters or stuf and it's a hasle to have to put a 2/3 light set for every file you want to work on.
In DS 3 you would start up a scene. had no lights but everything was lighten visible. So that you can work on setting up . it wasn't until you added a Spotlight that the nonlight areas would become really dark.

I am not showing this. If I render the figure, it is equally lit from all sides. Do you see anything in the scene other than the figure?
I think i fixed it. thanks!!
Well i do notice one thing that is happening. On a file where i saved it with a Distant light. Then i open the file and delete the light.
Then it's normal like when you start off a fresh scene with no lights at all(All around in viewport is visible with no lighting or shadow darks).
But when i apply a Pose, even though no light was added, now in the viewport my scene/character has lights and darks as if it had a spotlight pointing at it's front. And thats' even though there is no light at all. no spots, no distants.
this may be a bug i guess.
oh and i tested and saw that if i ZERO the figure when it has darks and lights( eevn though there's no lights in the scene), if I zero the figure...then that lights and darks effect disappears.
There is a preview light that is on when no other lights are loaded. Ctrl + L it a toggle to turn it on and off but it won't turn off until you load a another light.
If I'm following correctly, this happen if you have a scene with a distant light, delete the light, and then pose the character? Does this happen with any character and pose, or just this particular scene?
