Daz Gallery Count Error

I looked and searched but didn't see where to continue the list of Daz Gallery problems.  I just found a new one to me today.  Looking for an older image I did last year I see that it shows 19 fav's but that count is low as I believe it was over 50.  I know that it was much higher and just looking at the volume of responses I believe I'm right. 

The number doesn't matter but the fact that the gallery is so incorrect in the count.  Ff this happened to me, what about all of the older amazing work that were in the 200's and more?  Have they all been lost never to be found again since they are in the tens of count?

    I had the similar thing happen back when the gallery first reopened.

    I opened a ticket and it still shows as active.  However, about 2 weeks after putting in the ticket the issue went away and the count was back.  Not sure if it was anything they did or it happened spontaneously.  I never got a response after the email saying the ticket was opened.  I never received any messages stating the issue was closed.  The ticket is still showing as open.

    Thank you Tobias for the response and I'm glad that it is back to normal now.  Strange that they never closed it even though it is fixed.
