dsb poses

I discovered the forest fairy V3 uses dsb poses and they won't load into D|S4.15,
I opened D|S3A OMG that UI and used the PFE script to make pz2 poses but only some work.
is there an easier way to do this?
I did use some genesis 2 fairy poses on her and they worked but these look cool

Are yuou sure they isntalled correctly? Try loading one into the ScriptIDE pane - if they are not very old then they should just be compressed, and should be readable. if they are very old they might also be encrypted, or it may be that the script is now erroring out on loading.
are the ones in F:\My Library\People\Victoria\Poses\Faerie
OK tried saving again, no luck
they do work in D|S3
got this dialogue with the editor
I was more thuinking they migth not have installed intact, they might have become corrupt somehow.
I would need to install D|S2 to get them
That's the free content you got with DS1, still have the installer kicking around here somewhere.
DS3.0 had a real hard time using DS1 files, at the time the "remedy" was to load them into DS2, and save them out.
Problem was DS2 files were "too old" for DS3 and had to be auto converted to DS3 scripting, which broke some of them.
I know I couldn't load the actual Fairy Forest scene in some versions of studio.
found yesterday for example D|S 4.15 can load it, D|S 4.7 on my other PC cannot.
The poses do work in D|S3A the last build in my downloads but I might have messed up the PFE script as it was not easy to select the root of the figure to save the poses or rather I have forgotten how to use the D|S3 interface.
I had it in D|S2 as never owned 1
Download is still available in my Product Library under DS2, so that's probably where you got it.
I converted one of the DSB to DSA with the batch convertor, then compared it to a DSA pose preset actually saved out of DS4.
There is a heck of a lot less info in the converted DSA, the "tagging" of the skeleton, selecting the bones, even selecting the transforms is completely different, which is probably why they don't work in DS4.
You'll find the other DSB files don't do anything either.
I'm not sure what you are comparing with - .dsb are executable scripts, .duf files are data.
I did manage to get most of them over by resaving them as an animated DSA scene in D|S3A,
that scene opened in D|S4 albeit minus textures but I can save the poses from along the timeline
some stopped working in D|S3A after I tried opening in the script editor so soon stopped trying that!
I will need to install D|S2 probably to fix the ones I damaged. I probably have the installer on a drive already if not in my library (it was likely on a magazine disc)
I may need it to put that scene on my other computer anyway, sending it over my LAN network gave me missing files and animated blocks!!!
I could try adding my other Library over my WIFI I guess but as everything from DIM duplicated that may not won't go well
well, I cannot believe that worked
adding a runtime and a Base Directory over my Network that is
Not the poses (but the saved sequence works)
this will fail next time for sure as it only works sometimes, mostly the two computers won't connect to the other or only one will
One is Win7 the other Win10 and they don't play nice, I need to create a new Homegroup on the 7 or other times it just randomly works again, every Win10 update breaks it.
I assume the autoadapted saves all the geometry so I only need drag the textures over?
they might even be in a temp file somewhere on this PC
