FaceShop for Photoshop Purchased N' No Download link

Has anybody else purchased FaceShop for Photoshop from this link:

I did 2 days ago by cc and only got a broken manual download link after paying $42. Its been 2 days and I get no answer from tech support
I'm starting to wonder if this is a scam?:smirk:

    Where did you try to donwload it from. It should be in your product library, which you find by clicking on your account, at top right of the screen

    BTW you may need to log in again to access that part of the site.

    Also, it's been only one working day - even if you opened the ticket early on Thursday DAZ was not working on New Year's Day, and they don't work at the weekend. There may well be a backlog of tickets from the holiday period in any event. If you can't get the file from your product Library page and don't receive a reply on Monday or Tuesday please let us know, with your ticket number, and we will see if there's any way we can help.

    Hey thanks for your response. There is a download link on my Product Library page but
    its a broken link. No zip file that downloads. Yeah I understand they close New Years day
    but at least expected it on Friday.
    To wait till Monday or Tuseday is torture when I was so excited to use Faceshop 3d!
