How can I make something reflect less color

I want to make a surface reflective but mostly desaturated. Is there a way to do this?

    How is your glass(?) surface set up? Try reducing metallicity or increasing glossy roughness.

    I'm not aware of any way to do this using just the Iray uber surface sliders.

    Probably easiest to do in postwork, especially with canvases.
