New content doesn't show up in library after refreshing/relaunch

I have the free version of 4.15 Studio. I watched about 10 videos on how to install properly and yet the new content doesn't show up in the library, even reinstalled both studio and files and ran a repair and still nothing, I don't know if this is a bug or I'm not doing something right. I can't find what I'm looking for on either here or Google.

How are you installing? Where are you looking for thje content?
By the way, the free version of DS is the only one there is - but make sure you register it and enter the serial number to enable many of the features.
There are also products you have to install to get your content to work once you get the basics down. Depending how you installed will depend on what you need to do.
