8.1 body shape

The GF8.1 body shape is the same body shape as 8.0 with the exception of shaders and facial upgrades correct? I'm begining to see clothing showing up in the store with the description as only 8.1 and not Genesis 8 and 8.1 female. Does this mean that that new clothing will no longer fit the G8F characters?

The geometry is identical between 8.0 and 8.1, only the facial rigging, and the UV mapping is different, so any 8.1 clothing should fit 8.0 just fine.
But if there are materials that are saved as hierarchical presets they won't work without being re-saved as normal material presets.
