Need some help about dim

I can’t download anything with dim, it’s even hard to log in

But I watch youtube videos very smoothly. Does anyone know what's wrong?

    Where are you? What security software are you using? Have you tried creating a new account in Install manager, using the same credentials, in case the settings file is corrupt?

    Some other posts are referring to a bad gateway message about this time too. So if the servers went down, link was broken, just try again, that's all one can do.
