Skeksis character?

As a Dark Crystal fan, I've been enjoying the ability to make pretty convincing gelfling in DAZ3D. Using Sefora and Raw's Natural wings, the result is pretty spot on to the movie/show.

However, I've not had as much luck with the Skeksis. Though there are many great lizard characters to use, I've somewhat been stumped on the beak and clothing. Nevermind the tail.

Anyone have tips?

What skeksis look like, I'm going for the Chamberlain as a design;

Don't remember if RawArt has any bird people, but they should always be your first stop for creepy man-animal hybrids.

...yeah when I saw the two "gelfling" like characters in the store the other month I was wondering myself . Got them both and as a bonus Topsy and Drutherson for 5$ each.
