Any way to get the Neck area softer and less Defined Chest muscles?

This is V4 , i'm not sure if it was the GND4 morph that added those chest muscle fibers or if it does that even in the base V4.
But is there anyway to make it more softere, smooth? not too bony. I mean i know most slim people are bony but they don't look that bony.
and of course remove those defined chest muscles.

Ok i basically want to go from A to B . But there is a GND morph in the BODY and you can dial it.

BUt there isn't any GND dial in the arms or any individual body part so does that mean i can never get rid of the shape of the upper body?
cause i like how i have the lower body now.
