cannot change account email

i cannot change my account email, it says confirmation required but there is no confirmation email sent

    You should put in a ticket. If you go to the help page, you can log in there to see ticket status etc (in case you can no longer get email at your old account).

    Agreed. I had to change the email address of my account and it had to be manually completed by DAZ support. They were very helpful and prompt about it.

    I had the same problem a while back and I put in a ticket. When they told me they fixed the problem and I should be able to change it, I still couldn't. I asked tech support if they could please change it for me. I told them what my old email address was and the new one. They kindly changed it for me. There's a glitch that won't let you change it yourself.
