How to contact an artist here in Daz3d.com?

I want to contact @RiverSoft Art and ask if he/she can make her hair converter and clothes converter also transfer the materials (hair color, clothing styles, options) that come with the original genesis 3 product that was converted

However I cannot find any option to contact them as seen below in the screenshots. I can't find a way to reach their profile

How can i leave messages for the vendors here on daz? thanks!

    Try one of his threads in https://www.daz3d.com/forums/categories/daz-pa-commercial-products - there is one for that product, I think

    All you have to do is a forum search matching their professional name in the store. Look for a thread they have and click on their name and it will give you an option to  message. RiverSoftArt

    I have all G3 to G8 converter scripts. IIRC materials for outfits and hair converted show in the smart content with Filter By Context checked. If they don't, it's a problem with the not-so-smart content feature.

    I really got to stop skimming thread titles... I read that as "How To (something) A Con Artist In DAZ3D"... I was like "Whaaa?... Is that a video tutorial?"

    If you search on Bing for "daz3d.com: character converter from genesis 3 female to genesis" then the result linked below is the 5th link in Bing's list. As the 1st link in Bing's list is a paid advertisement from DAZ 3D themselves, the Bing link you want is the 4th unpaid link found by the Bing search engine. Note that you language, geographic location, and advertising opt-ins/opt-outs can have Bing and other search engines alter the results they present the searcher in an attempt to have them take click-bait. The result below should be in the 1st page for you though (if Bing has any creditability at all).

    RiverSoft Art uploads YouTube videos about using his products and he answers viewer comments.  For example,  (Clothing Converter).
