cannot sign end user license agreement download mananger "Loop Error"

Went to load up download manager, been using fine for a while, now it asks me to sign the EULA,
OK cool, goes to the page, asks me to log in to sign.... takes me to my account, download manager still asks me to sign it.

    are you fully logged in? If in doubt log out and log in again

    Just logged out and went throughb the steps, and after loging in went to the homepage and no further options to verafy
    EULA.

    Incase any one else gets this I Fixed this by going into the manual downloads section after logging i9n and clicking on "Manual Download" then it let me sign the EULA.
    so well hidden.

    There's a link to the EULA at the foot of every page on the site, or nearly so.

    This comment is smug and totally unhelpful. I've just spent twenty minutes trying verify my account and instead I got sent back to My Account when I attempt to log in because I was already logged in. The comment above about using the Manual Download is the only solution.

    Thanks for letting us know that the EULA link from the bottom of the page is not working, we will take note of that.

    The link at the foot of the page worked for em in January, and worked again with the latest update. It might avoid whatever the issue is with going from DIM to the website though I don't know if I would have had problems with the latest update as I used the link as my first resort.

    You may not be completely logged in.   It is possible to be logged in to the forums  but not logged in to the store.   2 different softwars on the site.   The best way to ensure full log in is to log in from the front page,  which does reliably synch the 2.

    Had you gone to the EULA from a page at Daz, rather than using DIM? https://www.daz3d.com/eula If that doesn't work, please open a Support ticket - click the Sign In link at top-right of the page to avoid the need to enter your email and complete a captcha.

    Hello !

    If you have the same problem (my case). Login on the web site, go to "My Account", click on "Product Library". And accept the EULA. That worked for me.

    In case this helps anyone, I cleared my cookies and cache first. When that didn't seem to work, I clicked 'My Account' at the top right, then 'Product Library'. The EULA page popped up and gave me the option to agree to it. Everything works now.

    At the botom of this page, click Licensing Agreement, go to the bottom of that page and 'check' the box.
