Importing photos into the Studio

In an older version of Daz Studio I used to beable to import a photo and use it as a back drop! Since started using the newest Studio I can't seem to do that any more! What do I need to do to beable to import a picture into the scene now?

Well, I'm still able to do it.

Window>Panes(Tabs)>Envrionment, set the type to backdrop and you will get the controls for loading an image.
