Render Quality Control Panel

I've watch the Rendering Tutorials and they all show this Render Speed/Quality "Drop Down Panel." I'm learning DS 4.7 Pro.
I've searched the Render Settings Panel and can't find Diddly-squat! Click here, click there, go over here and over there.
Hot Dang! I know DS is deep but wouldn't you think to place the Obvious in an Obvious place?

Nowhere in the pdf files is there directions. I desire to create images for Print (High Rez 300 dpi) as well as Online (Low Rez 94 - 72 dpi.)

Any help and or direction is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This was changed in 4.7, to make the render Settings pane work like other panes. Go to the Advanced tab of render Settings and use the Engine setting - 3Delight is the top quality setting, the oepnGL options match the lower settings.
