Copy that into a notepad and save it with a .dsa extension (example: instructions.dsa).

"Relative/path/to/a/file.txt"
with the location of your readme. So for example:
"Runtime/Textures/Oldtimer/Instruction.pdf"
Then simply add that script to your product. If you want an icon, create a 91x91 icon and save it as a png and drop it in the same location as your script.
