Gothica For Genesis 8 Female And Cyberpunk Place

Hi everyone. I just bought Gothica For Genesis 8 Female And Cyberpunk Place and got it installed and there is Gothica and her poses and everything, but Cyberpunk Place is nowhere to be found. According to the product description, Cyberpunk Place is included too. Product description reads as follows:

    According to the readme, Cyberpunk Place's items should be found in the content library in 

    • “Props:Dreamlight:Iray:Cyberpunk Place”

    If it's not there, then File a ticket with support to find out what's going on.

    (I have no idea what you'd look at in Smart Content to find it. If you're looking there and can't see it, it's possible that something is wrong with the metadata -- in which case you might want to file a ticket to get that fixed anyway.)

    Yeah there is no problem with Gothica she is there and doing fine, but Cyberpunk place is missing. If you look at the file list you just posted there is no mention of Cyberpunk Place.

    There is in the first list, but you're right I don't see it in the categories. Try looking in "lost and found".maybe?

    Actually, I found Cyberpunk Place in the content library under props but it didn't show up in smart content.

    A load scene icon for Cyberpunk Place can be found in the Content Library at Props:Dreamlight:Iray:Cyberpunk Place

    Cyberpunk Place should appear in the product folder in Smart Content along with the girl, but it does not.  It also does not show up in any search for "Cyberpunk Place" in Smart Content or even the Content Library.  These cyber boxes are seriously burried deep and will most likely never be seen again.  wink

    Did anyone open a support ticket to report it? Otherwise there's no chance they will fix it.
