Shadow Catching?

I'm trying to figure out how to get my figures to cast shadows in this scene.  The figures are lighted with spotlights in "Scene Only" Environmental Mode.  The background is a backdrop, but because ther is no ground plane there are no shadows.  Is it possible to set up "shadow catching" in DAZ?

Thanks.

Render Settings -> Environment -> Ground Plane

Looks like the characters are floating. Select them and use Ctrl/d, Cmd/d on a mac, and drop them to the ground which should give you shadows.

margrave:  I don't appear to have that option available.  (4.15.0.2)  See attached.

Fishtales:  Yeah, they look like they're floating but they actually are on the ground.  The lack of shadows make them look like they're floating.

I want to use "scene only" so I can control the lights and shadows.  I'm beginning to think this is not possible, which is weird.  Might take my case to support.

    Thanks.

If "Draw Ground" is enabled, you should be seeing the ground plane. I've only ever used it with HDRIs, so maybe you need to change to "Dome and Scene" for it to work. I'm not sure.

I agree with margrave, I think you will need dome and scene to get the ground plane.
