Need help! with luxrender and luxus plugin

Hi folks. I have Daz studio 4.7 and brought realty 2.50 luxrender i have installed luxus plugin in the Ds library ''C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D'' Library'' but when i look for ''LuxRender via Luxus''in the render tab its not there ? any ideas ? here are some Screenshots

Luxus and Reality, are two completely different plugins for DAZ Studio. Unless you have bought both, you will only see Reality in the render menu.

Luxus : http://www.daz3d.com/luxus
Reality : http://www.daz3d.com/reality-4-daz-studio-edition

Both plugins use the Luxrender engine, and you have to install that separately. Have you done that?

Oh ok then, i actually know how to use reality render but i am having trouble with Lux render as i posted the screenshot of the render tab, there seems to be only the four built in renders. and not ‘LuxRender via Luxus. and one more thing every time i star DS it only starts with a blue background and no grey genesis figure. is this normal ?

So, you have bought this : Luxus : http://www.daz3d.com/luxus ?

How did you install it, via DIM or manually?

If installed correctly, you should see 'Luxus' in Help > About Installed Plugins, and it's status should be a 'green' plug symbol, have a look there first.

Yes thats the one, and I installed it manually.

Please look at Help > About Installed Plugins, and tell me what you see? Was it an EXE installer that you ran to install Luxus?
