scenes searchable/loadable from archive folder

Due to disk space shortage I tend to move completed scenes and their thumbnails from the default folder on the c: drive to an archive folder I made on the f: drive. However, this means they are no longer searcheable or loadable from within Daz. The thumbmail (for the moved scene) is replaced by a grey box with an excamation mark triangle sign. Is there a way of making it so that the new archive folder can be added to the searchable and loadable list, or to substitute it for the default one, so that I can move everything there?

Open the Content Library pane, right-click on DAZ Studio Formats. An option to add a library will pop up, use it to add the F drive folder.
Thanks for the reply. There's not an option to add a library when I right click Daz Studio Formats. There's 'Add a base directory', is that what you mean?
I added that and can now see the thumbnails for the archive when I click on that enyry in the list of base directories, but the file names still don't seem to be searcheable, and I'd have to trawl through them to find the one I want, Can anything be done about that?
