Can the store please standardize location of content

  • My go to method is to look inside the installer itself to find what directory content is placed. I just look at the folder structure and go to the corresponding folder within my content folder.

  • Yeah there's absolutely a file list. This doesn't mean it wouldn't be a huge help to have better standardization, but from what I remember (I think this was one of the products I used right when it came out), the items are located together in the standard runtime. It's the smart content that loses stuff.

    What I do is go back to my saved zip files and check how it was filed,Empire Helmet is in the same folder as the Empire Armour in the Genesis 3 male clothing folder ..... if that's any help

    Very good, thanks. I actually forgot that the helmet was G3M, and I forgot about that reference pages index where you can enter the product number, as per the attached screenshot. sad

    EDIT: Never mind. For some reason, the forum has been on this kick of not showing me the next page of responses until after I've responded. Very annoying.

    And I really don't understand why support wouldn't simply tell you that the information you needed was in the readme, unless that specific support person somehow didn't know it even existed.

    Excuse me for being a bit cynical but you may as well add this to the list of similar complaints such as, can we have product size in MB on the product page, can we have additional products in promos listed, can we have one promo image with a standardised lighting environment so we can actually campare skins (that was my one). We ask..... anothing happens...

    Usually stopping to buy stuff is the first step in educating a company to follow the customer's wishes... wink
