Expressions not applying

I've tried applying, fitting, and parenting and default loading an expression for Genesisi 8/8.1 males to a Genesis 8 male 8.1 character and it isn't changing anything. The geometry around the shoulders changes a little then changes back so it is picking it up but nothing changes on the face.

 The file location in the guide doesn't exist on my system in Daz or my file explorer. I checked in Program Files, Program files (x86), AppData, Documents, C drive, nada. So I don't know how to stop the dummy program from blocking the use of Genesis 8 dials. The expressions I'm using are from this package: https://www.daz3d.com/modern-man--expressions-for-genesis-8-male-and-diego-8

Any idea what's blocking this and how to change thins?

    Go to where you installed Daz content and look for them there. They are the folders that show up in Content Library->Daz studio formats, but you have to use windows to view the data folder.

    If you have been installing content inside Daz Studio (ie. with Daz Connect), your files have been installed into a subfolder under ...\Data\Cloud\[SKU of the product]\
