How to stop _icon?

This always bugged me and I don't know how to prevent daz from making these icons when I save a new render.
I don't want them or need them and they are extreamly annoying.

Moved to the Commons as it is not an icon of a freebie.
Yeah, that bugs me, too. This is especially if you like to keep your directory contents tidy or enjoy reeling your renders via something like Windows Photo Viewer like I do. I honestly don't mind not seeing a tiny preview of my renders or scenes and would like to know the possibility of this as well.
I always save my renders to a specific place, and I have never had an icon included when I save.In the render settings tab, I have "image path" set to the little folder icon and I have it pointed to my "Pictures" folder.I just made a test render and saw that if I use the "Render Library" feature I get an icon and my render saved to the same folder, and I can now see it in the "Render Library" tab. I didn't know I even had that feature :) . Not sure how much I'll use it, all it does is open the Windows Picture Viewer.
I've used the Render Library manager (from the render Library pane option menu - the lined button in the top corner, or right-click the tab) to point to a folder that doesn't ever get used for images as the only location, then closed the Render Library pane and switched the save to option at the bottom of the render window to Folder instead of Library. That doesn't turn the thumbnail creation off, but it does stop it from doing anything annoying.
I've done that before, but I think we should be able to choose whether or not we want thumbnails without having to customize anything extra. Some people like to keep everything in one place, especially given the mess of folders DAZ applications plant all over the hard drive...

Make a feature request - open a Tech Support ticket explaining what you want and why it would be a good idea. I agree it would be good to be able to simply switch the feature off.
Has this been resolved yet?
This should not be a feature request this should have been designed with more consideration to a typical customers workflow.
My guess, I could be totally wrong, is that these icons are used for the Render Editor display. If that is the case then there should have been effort to add a check box somewhere to not do this...
Just don't save to a folder that's defined as a render library, only those folders auto-generate the icons. I save to my desktop. No icons.
Thats not true. I get these icons no matter what directory I place the render in.
That's Windows doing it...you've got a 'show thumbnails' setting turned on. Somewhere there is a setting to show all image files as thumbnails (folder options?)
