Why does the “keep me logged in” option never working?

I'm a member on numerous sites and all of them have an option to keep me logged in. It doesn't matter if I am using my iPad or my smart phone or my laptop, I remain logged in. It also doesn't matter if on my local WiFi or if I'm cellular riding down Route 66 a thousand miles from my home. When I pick the "remember me" option, it keeps me logged in. 

Except for here! I have to logged EVERY time !!

why can't this website do something that everyone else is able to do with no issues?

It depends on how you visit - I rarely need to log in, but you are certainly not alone. in fact there is at least one thread dedicated to the subject, so I am going to close this one.
