Is there actually any Clothes converter For Mac that actually works?

It's been years and there's still nothing for mac. There used to be a Poser Mac clothes converter and i think maybe it's still exitst but the results were not always good and it was difficult to figure out how to use it to produce good results. Maybe techies with lot of experience could figure out how to make perfect conversions but not me.

I see some Clothes converters for PC in the DAZ store but where's the clothes converters for Mac?

****I do use the Transfer MOrphs and Smoothing modifier and those help for varous skirts and pants and shorts.. very very well..so i don't need any more than that most of the times...but some clothing items don't reaelly work even with that*****
