Has anyone know where I could get hair like this ?
I've checked all over the Daz store and renderosity and I just aint finding bupkiss.
Any help would be appreciated.

You'd probably want to update it with iray shaders. You could parent it to gen3/8 female.
You can do a -X translate at 100% to flip it.
Not the hairstyle in question but the technique was discussed here, for another hairstyle by Windfield.
EDIT: Previously I had done the -X translate to convert cars from left side drive to right side drive (which also required tweaking the license plates); I didn't know it could also be done with hair.
You can scale it -100% on the X axis and it will put the part on the other side. This works with any non-dforce hair.
Oh... "short, curly hair"... Not "the short curly hairs"... I gotta learn to read titles more thoroughly.
