DazCentral not responding

When I start DazCentral for the 2nd time it opens with a white window and is not responding. Leaving it like that for over half an hour didn't change anything. I uninstalled it and re-installed it and it was still not responding. I uninstalled it, deleted the folder %appdata%\DAZ 3D, reinstalled it and it started fine right after the reinstall. Rebooted the computer and started it back up and it is not responding again.
What logs can I check to see what the issue is? I coulnd't find any.

It's junk...I can never get it to work either.
