No file download links for PhilW's Mermaid Hair?

The links appear to be missing (see attachment 'missing file links.png').

Daz Connect doesn't seem to pick it up either. It doesn't show in Daz Studio itself, and if I try to click on 'Daz Connect Offline Package' in the screenshot above, I get taken to an error page instead of downloading a file (see attachment 'daz connect link broken.png')

Has anyone else been able to install this product?
