Is there a way to Reverse Image Series from DAZ or somehow In Mac?

I want to make Loop animations without rendering a whole loop...
So i'll just make an animation that goes from A to B

Then i want to A B A by reversing the image series AB and then combining that with the AB to create ABA

Is there any utility to do this.? I don't think DAZ can do it or can it?

Anyway the reason why i want to do this is to save me from rendering the reverse Half of the animation which are basically the same images i already renderered in the first half.

I kind of found a article that says you can do it easily with Automator in the Mac. There's a Rename Finder Items and Make Sequential option

Does anyone have experience?
