How to Render with Burger Restaurant

Hi everyeone,

Never had this problem before but when rendering with the Burger Restaurant all my renders come out looking like they are cartoon shaded. Only happens with this set.

Is there a way to make render normally?

  • There are a lot of emissive surfaces and shiny surfaces, which tend to flatten out the light. Just loading and rendering it doesn't look toony to me, though it is somewhat flat (as the real thing tends to be - chiaroscuro is not a burger restaurant thing). I stopped this early.

Thanks for the reply. I posted this just before I fell asleep last night so forgive the late response.

I would love to get a render like your's. Mine look like this. I've fiddled with the surfaces, tried adjusting camera settings (although this is a new default camera), turned the lights off but it just ALWAYS looks like this.

Everything else works and renders fine still though, it's just this one set.

    Any ideas?

It looks like you have the Bloom filter turned on. Turn it off in Render Settings. See if that looks better.

Thank you so much! Never needed to use bloom so didn't even know it was a thing.
