SOLVED - Does anyone have a solution to model with red arm issue

I have played around with DAZ for a good while now but this is the first time I have encounter this issue. In the picture, both arms of this model are red and I'm having a hard time finding he cause of it. There are a few thing i'm kinda sus of
1) Light intensity : The less suspicious out of them all. If this is true then every part of the body should be red, not just the arms. Though, I notice the right shoulder and hand is under model shadow does not turn red. On the other hand, (no pun intended) the left shoulder is fully expose to light and it does not turn red but the hand still display the red region so I'm kind of blind here.
2) Skin transparency : Same with light intensity. Also, notice the bending arm highlight in yellow region is lower than the red effect. If I adjust skin transparency then it's going to leave a red ring on the part of the arms.
3) Light preset : If there is no light on scene, the effect is slight visible. With 100-100-100 light, it's start to become more noticeable. With light preset (paticulary this one) it's just cleary display red regions.
4) LIE apply : I'm not really sure if this is really the case but the effect started to show around the same time when i was apply LIE on the model face. Since many things was being apply at the time, I can not pin point exactly if it is the cause. If so then is there a way to fix this without reapply the original skin texture? If I have to reapply the skin texture is there a way to find out what LIE was applied to the model before reapplied the texture? When I check on the LIE window, only the skin texture have name, the make up and everything else are just lable New Layer.
Does anyone have a solution for it?
If you have read it to this point, you probably notice I'm not fluent in English so I do appriciate every comment that come in to help.

There looks to be a setting, probably translucency that is different on the arms than the rest. You can either copy the settongs from the torso to the arm, or reapply the skin and see if that fixes it.
2) the selection groups for the node selection tools are not the same as the Surfaces - if you are using a posing or node selection tool try using the Surface Selection Tool, I suspect the highlight will then match. Often this sort of thing is down to a setting in the Image Editor dialogue (as distinct from the Layered Image Editor, though that would certainly be a possibility to check) - most likely the gamma setting.
Thank you for every answer comments.
It was the makeup LIE that cause it to happen. I try Thin Wall = off and it works great! Though, the makeup look a mess but Surface > Arm > Thin Wall = off works like magic. The model arm looks like barbie plastic brown arm now but it should be alright with a few adjustment. Thanks everyone for the help.
