Using Skin Builder 8

Can Someone help me out with Skin Builder 8, I have a charactor made up just the way I want except for the skin color, when I use Skin Builder 8 to make the Charactor with light pale skin it completly changes the way the face looks, the face looks like a different person, 

Any idea why this happens, or cam someone send me the info on who makes this prduct so I can see what I need to do ..?

Do you mean a Skin Builder setting, or are you starting with a finished texture sset and then selecting the light option in Skin Builder? The latter will replace any existing maps.
