DIM won't let me log in

I just purchased something on Daz3d.com and tried to install it using Daz Install Manager. However, when I try to log in, I get an error saying that I'm unable to log in to the specified account. The login for Daz Studio and DIM are the same and I have no problem logging in to Daz Studio. Is anyone else seeing this issue? I've opened a request about it with Daz Help, but I don't know when/if I'll see an answer and I need to use the new assets now.
