Issues With DAZ Installer

I purchased Gianni 6 among several other items but they aren't showing up in Install Manager. This was nearly 2 hours ago. Is there a known issue with Installer for today?

A couple of hours isn't unknown, occasionally I've had to wait until the next day (though not normally). The items should be available in your Product Library, from your Account page https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files
