hello everyone! so i sometimes try to convert old genesis 1 & 2 clothing to dforce to make them more modern and not all them turn out good but i recently came across a product that converted really well to dforce and that product is Essina Outfit by Xena and the skirt worked really will without jagged edge or anything! Pic below so i went back and bought another product the V4 Towel by the same vendor and that too converted really will to dforce! pic below.

so there's something about Xena's Technique that dforce really accepts.

so if anyone can get in contact with Xena Thank him for me!wink

I've seen people say that non dforce items you convert yourself work better than many clothes made for dforce. Probably because you are making the weight maps yourself and the person making the dforce clothes didn't do a  good job in that department. I have one dforce shirt that doesn't move AT ALL when you sim it. XD

  • Yeah, I love 'dForcing' older content. Most of the time it works to satisfaction. Sometimes it doesn't.  But there are a fair number of dForce-ready outfits that just absolutely do not work as expected. More often than not I will use EcVh0's Simulation Presets to fix those issues. https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-master-cloth-simulation-presets

you should defintly buy Xena's Products iv'e been working on five of his products in this week and his stuff are remarkbaly dforce compatible!

  • Yeah, I have some of the PA's stuff, just not too much. I hate to sound like a prude (and I'm certainly not wink), but so much of their products I would never use, especially the female stuff...it's just too much skimpy stuff I have absolutely no use for. I think my favorites are the Jade Renegade for G2M, Dagonessa, and Hope Gear. All of them I have been able to dForce. Hope Gear looks wonderful draped on G3M though sometimes I get some really funky distortion on the lower part of the tunic depending on the figure. Dagonessa doesn't reall need dForce applied, but I like how the gloves and pants drape in various poses. I've been able to get some nice folds on the inner elbow of the Dagonessa gloves.
