    Looks a bit like Pretty Base Genesis 8, though I'm not sure.

    Definitely some dialling in if not a character. Hard to tell as the face is quite well covered.

    Dial in more breast and pouty lips and you should get closer.

    Question on this topic - there's a character from a popular vendor on the other site, starting with R, that's sooo pretty.  Is it OK to post pics from there for character identification?

    Let's say, posts have been tolerated if you are  advertising the other site(s) too much. Just do not tempt the moderators too much, they have enough to do anyway.

    The rule of thumb is that you can post a link to another site if it is for the answer of a query i.e. who is this character, etc. It can't be unsolicted.

    And it's usually OK to mention other sites by name, without linking.
