tiny first promo image, all others normal

When viewing the promo images for ?most?all? products, the very first promo image is tiny, just thumbnail sized instead of normal.  This makes it nearly impossible to evaluate the product in that image.  Are there any good workarounds since it doesn't appear it will get fixed in the near future?

My guess is you are looking at old products, as that seem to be the case for them.

I am not aware of a workaround for that.

Edit: it looks like that in most cases the first picture is the same as the promo picture, so you can use that.

That's a feature of the new (since November) store software.

...also another new feature, you no longer can skip forward or backward in the page listing when on a sale listing by entering the desired page number in the browser title bar as the page number is no longer listed there.

I don't bother much with t G8 and not at all with 8.1, but often find myself having to slog through though 15, 25, or more pages (depending on the scope of the sale) of items I have no interest in, one page at a time, to get to content for older figures.

Silent Winter

The store seems to be showing the thumbnail as one of the promo images for some products. Usually this is the same (or very similar too - perhaps cropped) the main promo image.
