This old image posted on renderosity years ago. They said it was Victoria 4 but I cannot find the one that looks like this. Is there a link to it? Thanks!

    The hair is one of 3DUnivere's. The character is a V4 character. Not sure which one, but it looks rather like one of Danae's. Possibly London. Not sure though. That lighting is going to confuse things. Check Rendo. Danae was a popular vendor for that era.

    It might be London texture set but the geometry also looks like 3DU's.
