At first I thoguht that this was a d-force issue, but looking up that outfit, it isn't d-force.

I've just tried both the full costume, and then the individual parts and I had no issue with it.  Is it possible that you did not have the genesis 3 figure selected before loading the outfit?  If you did, then try selecting the genesis 3 figure again and adding just the skirt on its own and see if it makes a difference.

Sometimes, if you are adding the parts of the outfit separately, one part will try to conform to another part instead of conforming to the genesis 3 figure, which would give a similar result to what you are seeing.

I just uninstall and reinstall, and the problem is solved. Thanks!
