What is the easiest way to import content from Renderosity into Daz Studio on a Mac?

Try my RendoInstall found here: 4Eyes software
Depends if you also want to have SmartContent information. If so, one of the easiest ways is to use Content Wizard (https://www.daz3d.com/content-wizard). You can just do an install, or create the SmartContent information with it. Plus, you can also create installer files that you could install via DIM.
In my opinion the easiest (and cheapest!) way is to create a new folder for your 3rd party contents, extract all the archive files into this folder and then add said folder to the Daz Studio content directory manager: F2 => Content tab => "Content Directory Manager..." button at the bottom. Decide if you added common Daz Studio contents or Poser contents and add the new folder to the right section (or both if you use both Daz & Poser formats).
Of course you'll have to rely on the "Content library" pane in order to access this material, but that shouldn't be too much of an issue.
