renaming product?

I have these three files in my content library that have no names on them. Is there a way to rename them?

That doesn't look like your content library but instead the product section of the smart contents pane. Notice the download icon? And no, you can't rename these products yourself, still, it does look odd and I would suspect that your database might be corrupt.

You can right click this product - Show Product in Content Library, then right click again - Rename
