HELP! Hexagon Serial Number Not Accepted

I'm trying to validate my install of Hexagon 2.5.1.79 but it won't accept my serial # from my account. Is there a new free version I should have installed? What's up here? Please advise.

    I have two serial numbers for Hexagon in My Serial Numbers not sure why, or which one is right. I can only suggest you look for another one there too, it may well work.

    I'd already used the roll the clock back method to use an old serial I found in the forums for the free version. That seemed to work but now thanks to your suggestion, I do see a second serial. Geez, would it not make sense to put multiple serials side by side like you do with some softwares but not others? The Reality serials, the Daz Studio Serials all 3 of them side by side but not the Hexagon ones.
