An Unusual Render Experience...

My render came out with no audio. The audio plays fine in the DAZ editor itself.

Then I tried rendering in other formats. Same result.

Mind you, this has always worked well in the past.

I know it's a dumb thing. Got a hint?

  • Render to an image sequence and then use a video editor to assemble the video and add the sound - rendering to Image sequence rather than direct to .avi or .mov is generally best all round.

Thank you Richard, I did that and it works well. What got me was, I've never seen DAZ behave like that before. I'm acquainted with the mid-render system crashes, no big thing, but the hit-or-miss disappearing audio is very new to me. How common is it?

  • I thought audio was usually not included, so I'm surprised it ever worked for you.

:-D This is the first time I've seen this in ~5 years. But no worries! Thanks!
