Install Manager downloads things over and over w/ no options

When I chose to download and install something I purchased Daz Install Manager come up with over 160 items. I tried sorting by most recent but it don't work. So I am forced to install the entire list. Why? Most of it is already installed.

Are you using the default locations or have you customised them through Advanced Settings?

Default. And I realized if I click on the ready to install tab I find the new stuff. I'm still puzzled why everything appears in the ready to download window WHICH IS OPEN when IM opens after I click to download something.

Are your manifest files (see the location specified in Advanced Settings) being preserved? Those are what tell Install Manager what it has installed, and where, not the database or the actual content files on disc.

Oh they do but they won't sort by most recent installed even tho there is a box the check for that. I have installed 100s of items and sometimes it's difficult sorting through them.

That's odd - Install Manager gets the date from the manifest file.

I would check the actual installation folder and make sure the Manifest Files are there because DIM is acting like they are not.  Or maybe uninstall/reinstall to see if it fixes it.

There's something glitchy with DIM/daz3d right now.

I just downloaded some updates earlier, and they're still coming up in the downloads section.

Redownloaded and did a comparison and they're the same.

Closed it out, reopened, same thing.
