Missing a bunch of products *SOLVED*

Ok, there is a very good chance that I'm missing something here, but I can't get to a chunk of my products in Daz Studio. I'm specifically trying to use some old RDNA stuff. My content library has the names of the products, but nothing's actually there, and the thumbnail is a placeholder. I've tried looking for them in my Poser props and figures section, but after checking for RDNA, Runtime DNA, Traveler's, and Mushrooms, I've got nothing.
Is this something I need to make a ticket about, or am I missing something stupidly easy?
UPDATE:
Thank you to everyone that replied!
Finally found them under the Content Library tab in "Poser Formats", "My Daz 3D Library", "Props", "DNA"

Those are all Poser format, so, did you have a Poser Formats Library defined and active? The thumbnails come from the metadata, but none of those have any, so, no thumbnails.
I just downloaded Mushrooms vol. 3 and they are there, ready to use in DAZ studio ( I don't have Poser).
BUT I had to install them with DIM. If I installed them Inside DAZ, I couldn't load them into the scene.
That looks like a listing in "Products", which is a database driven ('Smart' Content) 'virtual' list.
The real files can be found in "DAZ Studio Formats" and "Poser Formats", or you can even search for them in Windows Explorer
I also experienced this recently the other way: assets, which I couldn't install with DIM, but that could be installed without any problem from inside DAZ.
fwiw, i *did* run into a single instance when a product that i bought/owned wasn't listed in my product library - it was just ... gone. quickly fixed with a ticket.
of course, if there are other products that i've missed... well, i've still missed them - so far.
it can happen, so check your web-based DAZ product library to see if the items in question are listed as being owned/purchased.
(i'm guessing the age of the RDNA stuff and poser-centric nature of older stuff is probably the issue...)
good luck,

Installing products inside DS, when you are also doing installations with DIM/DAZ Connect/Manual installation, is one way to mess up your content libraries and it will also fill up your storage devices as everything is installed twice in completely different locations.
I have all of those, and then some, all bought here when RuntimeDNA came over, all installed with DIM, all 100% accessible. That is a Product list view, and all the Products are defined, so they were properly installed at some point. They have either been moved or deleted, or the Poser library is not active. First check the physical location with File Explorer to make sure they are where they should be. If you used DIM, check their location with "Show Installed Files..." You can see the drive and root folder used for the library.
Thanks, @PerttiA
I assume you mean Daz Central? You are correct that using one of those methods and Daz Connect (which is the through Daz Studio one) will duplicate files, but it certainly shouldn't have any other deleterious effects.
I had problems with some products that included Poser files which I installed with Connect while they were already installed with DIM, they acted strange in Smart Content. I did some tests with several similar products and there were definitely something odd going on in the Cloud file system when installing something with Connect that was already installed with DIM. I reported it to DAZ and QA responded: "The user needs to pick one way to install DIM or Connect, by using both they will get conflicts..."
Yeah... The problem is caused by DAZ, especially for new and inexperienced users, as there is no warning anywhere about DAZ Connect installing products to a different location than DIM/DAZ Central/Manual installation.
When a new user starts with "Download Studio", they are lead to believe that they must use DAZ Central for any and all installations, and when they start DS, 'Smart' Content asks them to install stuff which they already have installed -> Automatic double installation of everything without the user being aware of it or even being warned about the consequences.
It is so sad to read about the resulting problems every day.
Why would it give a warning for the intended behaviour?
No, if the system is working anything that is already isntalled will open without needing to download the Connect version. If an installed product is not showing as installed then there is a problem - content directories not matching, comminication between the CMS and the applications, or something else.
I think that is something of an exaggeration.
"Without NEEDING to download...", but still something in 'Smart' Content is giving the new user the impression that they should let the product to be 'installed', which results in the product being installed again and this time to a new location (\data\cloud\), causing the users C drive (by default) having two separate installations of the product (using twice the space) - Instead of telling the user that the product has been successfully installed and there being no need to install it the second time.
"If an installed product is not showing as installed then there is a problem" - As if we haven't heard too many of those cases, even with the (inexperienced) user installing everything with the default settings, using the methods given to him/her by DAZ.
I noticed that a couple of things in my Content that aren't... quite there. Under "hair" and "clothing" for G8F i seem to have the Innocent hair model for a hair choice, and a "Teddy" something or other -- ergo a set of pajamas -- is a garment choice.
Both items have a sub-folder for materials but the main Content folder for each item is empty, in the "hair" and "clothing" catagories.
Another anomaly is that the mats or surface material scripts for the pajamas and slippers are all listed, but they aren't marked as such in the corner of the thumbnail... I suppose this is because in this particular file tree, the 3DL and Iray choices are displayed separately so when you arrive at either set (3DL or Iray) they no longer need to be marked as such.
I assume this is something that should be deleted using DIM and then re-installed?
Wow, lots of replies, thanks everyone!
After reading everyone's posts, I determined that they had to be in my Poser Content folder somewhere, so I just started at the beginning and searched. Took awhile, but I finally found them all, filed under "DNA"!
So thank you all very much for your help, I can use all my old RDNA stuff again!
I have to disagree with that statement. I think you were too quick to generalize. You know that some products do not work when installed with Daz Connect. A user may have a perfectly working product installed with Daz Central or DIM, but it they install it again with Daz Connect, the product stops working. I have had to help several UltraScenery addon users resolve exactly this issue. I am convinced that it is absolutely "deleterious" to install some products with Daz Connect.
Smart Content in general has always been tempermental and is why advise people to not become dependent on it.
